Use <hr>then an enter key return to drop to the next line then <center>, then your picture link, then enter key again, then </center>,enterkey then

`. It would look like this:

<hr>
<center>
https://steemitimages.com/150x100/https://steemitimages.com/DQmQxErq49KxBzmnQfvy7knSx7cE3TBh2RoT77oQeTfAZSb/hwypulloutjustpastTernlake.jpg
</center>

You don't need to use the <hr>, but to get the picture to stand by itself it works.
