I've done some journaling, but I'm terribly inconsistent with it. I do, however, agree that going back and reading those entries is beneficial for personal reflection. That being said, I do not enjoy writing those by hand. I much prefer to type and often perhaps that is why I'm inconsistent. I think one of the benefits of the physical journal is that you can lay it out in front of you and it often serves as a reminder that I should pick it up and write. :)
