Today I learned that the King of Jordan appeared in the Star Trek episode.

King Abdullah II, who was then crown prince, appeared as a columnist in Star Trek: Voyager in 1996. Abdullah is an old fan of the series and was very excited by the experience.

King Abdullah is also a major investor in a theme park in Aqaba based on Star Trek.
