<b>How my day went while trying to fixed a new slewing</b>

Hello, good evening everyone, I want to take you through a successful stressed day. As a crane technician, I already had a plan and scope of what I'm gonna do for the day. The scope was to replace a Crane turntable with the old one that was bad.

The picture above is a brand new slewing unit my client Specialties drilling fluid (SDF), got from tadano manufacturers in Germany to port Harcourt Nigeria, already mounted under the crane cabin by me and my team.

While the picture below is the old slewing unit I changed.

Crane Turntable is simply a rotating platform design to support and facilitate the movement of heavy loads, equipment or materials in various industries.

There are different features that makes up a complete Turntable, which are, Rotating platform (360°), Load capacity, Bearings, Breaks, and horses

There are also different types of Turntable which are

Electrical, Hydraulic, manual and customise
This is a brief description of what you should know about crane Turntable. And I was able to mount it today, and you all will see me take it to the main crane chassis.
