My new training partner showed up to roll yesterday.

She showed up 30 minutes late and she wanted to roll No-Gi.

We rolled straight for 45 minutes and I have to admit that was the hardest roll I have had in a long time.

She has not been training but her game was good.

I could not just cruise because she is so skilled and strong.

She caught me with two heel hooks from within the 411 which is her money position.

It was nice to roll hard again.
