Today my mother made Udon noodles for breakfast.
Where I live is very cold, so hot soup makes me very warm.
Udon noodle is japanese traditional food that everyone loves, golden soup is made of Dashi.
Dashi is made of dried bonio fish and Konbu seaweed. My mother put chicken in the broth too!
It is very delicious!
Each part of japan has different Dashi, so it is fun to travel and taste udon at each places.

Noodles are made of flour, salt and water. It is very simple.
My mother put many topping on my Udon.
Shiitake mushroom, shimeji mushroom, green onion, spinach, chicken and friend minced fish.

According to online, Udon noodles were eaten way before Edo period, so japanese people has been living with Udon for long time!

I have been trying to make one thousand paper cranes.
It is long way to go.
Touching origami is meditating :)
