Atama Bakuhatsu Jutsu [頭爆発術] - Footage of Our Research's Results

The NTP Research & Development Department has concluded their research and tests on the Atama Bakuhatsu Jutsu [頭爆発術], and have released their findings in this video.

This is the signature special attack of our Lesser God, Sugishita Ukiyo [杉下宇気世]*, and it can cause a target's head to explode violently, regardless of species. The head explosion seems to be triggered as Ukiyo-sama utters one of his famous catchphrases: "Hai? (はい?)," and once the target's head has been blown to smithereens, there is a whopping 0% chance of revival unless Ukiyo-sama himself or our Greater God, The HEIKA, immediately revives the target--in which case the chance of revival is approximately 62% for Ukiyo-sama and 100% for HEIKA-sama.

Some NTP grunts involved in this experiment may or may not have had their heads blown off in the process...
Some of these casualties may or may not have been intentional...
And some of them may or may not have willingly participated...

Either way, it's all for the sake of the TEIKOKU, so it's fine.

*NOTE: While they may look similar, our Lesser God Sugishita Ukiyo is not to be confused with Sugishita Ukyo [杉下右京], one of the main characters from the famous detective-comedy series, Aibou [相棒].
