Chijimi(Korean pancake) チヂミ
I made chijimi.
チヂミを作りました。
This time I bought a Chidjimi with a set of Nissin Foods. Put eggs, water, chives, squid and others in the powder attached to this and stir.
今回は日清フーズのチヂミタレ付きセットを買ってきました。
これの付属の粉に卵、水、ニラ、イカなどを入れかき混ぜます。
Burn it in a frying pan and finish it with reasonable browning.
それをフライパンで焼いて程よく焦げ目がついたら出来上がりです。
I will put it on the attached sauce and eat it. It is very delicious with its rich texture.
付属のタレにつけて食べます。生地がもちもちして大変に美味しいです。
