Kinakomochi, thank-you for doing a segment on the bullet train. I am so fascinated by how fast it travels. While in Japan, I didn't get to travel on this type of train, but I will be sure to go on it, the next time I visit Japan. Really enjoyed your pictures!!!!!

    The Joetsu Shinkansen runs 270 km between Tokyo and Niigata in 1 hour and 40 minutes.
    There are Shinkansen in Tohoku, Joetsu, Hokuriku, Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, Hokkaido in Japan.
    Depending on the location, it may be cheaper to go by plane, but I like traveling by bullet train.
