End of summer harvest festival

A few more pics of the portable shrine rocking and moving. Above you can see them try and squeeze through some tight spots. Avoiding the surroundings and each other as the guys on top call out instructions.

When they rock these things they go all out and it can sometimes look like its going to tip over. One side pulls down and the other pushes up, the locals will also be pulled up or down along with the rocking .

Once they reach their destination, they rest and enjoy food and drinks until other events begin. Families and colleagues will join them and take pictures.

The event is held at the main temple which holds some impressive architecture and statues, the grounds are also quite large with over a thousand people in the area.

This festival also includes all of the food and drinks stores, as well as games for kids.

Thanks for viewing, my posts are about the journey, the process and showing my experiences. Where there are a lack of words I like my work to speak for its self. Don't hesitate to ask questions.
