JAPANESE CRYPTO-EXCHANGES ON AUGUST 1 WILL FREEZE THE INPUT/OUTPUT OF BITCOIN
According to the article, the crypto-exchanges, which are the participants of the Japan Cryptocurrency Business Association (JCBA), intend to freeze the possibility of I/O of bitcoin on August 1 at 00:00 on Japanese time (GMT+9).

"We have decided to suspend the receipt of deposits in the crypto currency of bitcoin for now, as well as the withdrawal of funds on each of the exchanges... We will suspend only the services related to the deposit and withdrawal of bitcoins, but we will provide services for other virtual currencies,"
says the joint statement of JCBA participants.
The JCBA participants are planning to resume the possibility of bitcoins input-output, on August 4, 2017 (16:00 GMT+9). At the same time, the association's statement says that the timeline of the action plan is not final and may vary depending on the situation.
It is noteworthy that the leading Japanese exchange bitFlyer is not on the list of participants of the association. According to the Nikkei edition, the administration of the largest Japanese crypto-exchange has not yet made a decision on a plan for preparing for a possible hardfork. However, as the Japanese edition notes, the official statement from representatives of bitFlyer regarding preparations for a possible separation of the blockchain of bitcoin is expected this week.
