It took me a lot of investigation and weeks of reading through documents to put together this article. And i am doing it because i keep getting inquiries about Binary Options from the young and the restless youth of Pakistan who get lured into this scam of the century by the western brokerage firms represented by the Pakistani crooks operating out of small shack like offices from cities across Pakistan, mostly Punjab.  Lets look at some facts. 

The birth place of Binary Options is Israel. Yes, they were invented in Israel and the world biggest firm that handles transactions for over 300 brokerage houses around the world trading in this scam is a company called "SpotOption" founded in 2010 by an Israeli named Ran Amiran. SpotOptin is the main culprit behind most Binary Options brokerage firms and even the PM of Israel has called this company 'A Casino" in one of his speeches, relating it to gamble. Netherlands, France, and Belgium have totally banned Binary Options trading. 

The average loss reported in England per customer is 16,000 according to the records of complaints filed to the authorities. So much so that the shadow Minister, Jonathan Reynolds has demanded a complete ban in BO trading immediately. These firms lure customers with unregulated advertisements promising customers up to 80 to 90% profits on trades that can last as little as 60 seconds to as long as a few months. An average customer places 220 trades within a period of 5 months before losing all his money. Only 3% of the people ever withdraw their funds. It is so addictive that people despite of losing money continue to trade and leave their funds in their accounts until the account becomes zero. 

Banc De Binary, one of the biggest brokerage house which is backed by SpotOption just paid a fine of $11 million dollars to the U.S. authorities but it could not be shut down because it operates out of Cyprus. Thus the American authorities have banned all BO trading for American citizens residing in America.  EZTD, another BO trading firm just paid $1.7 million in fines to British authorities. 

So my advice to all Pakistani youth and adults alike is that please stay absolutely away from Binary Options trading. Its nothing but a complicated web of deceit and fraud. Never get sucked into greed. Never listen to anyone who promises you a guaranteed return. Never give your money to any firm outside Pakistan no matter how legitimate their company looks through their website and most importantly, no company in Pakistan is authorized to offer BO or any other commodity trading options legally. Its all done through illegal manners. Report it to the authorities.
