I am a boy who go's to gym on daily rotine just to get a muscular body and a good shape.
I really like to go gym but some time i am feelling ill. I want to lossing my weight because my friends say to me that you are so fat and very lazy.
But at that time i really want to lose my fat and got a good body.
I post on my daily life what can i do in gym.
What's imrove in me.

My weight is 102kg. And i want to it on 80kg in just 4 months.
And i hope i am proved my self.
