Shit Disturbing Comedian and Freeman-on-the-Land Robert Arthur Menard, Founder of the World Freeman Society introduces himself and says HOWDY!
My Name is Robert Arthur Menard, I am a Freeman-on-the-Land, political activist, shit-disturber, attacker of the status quo, stand up comedian and justice advocate. As a videographer I made Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception, The Magnificent Deception, and a slew of others all available on YouTube under my channel, ‘mrmitee’.
The Freeman concepts I share have spread like wildfire to the UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, the USA, and a host of other countries. Many have used these concepts to have charges dismissed, demands dropped, secure the return of their children, and identify remedy for whatever challenges they face. I believe very strongly in equality, compassion and justice and try to use my skills to mediate acceptable settlements of disputes.
I am like a Super Hero, but without a costume, cape, wealth, special powers or a marketing deal with DC or Marvel. So, not like a Super Hero at all.
I write letters to people in positions of authority to try and help those suffering from injustice and inequity. I deconstruct statutes and Acts, and help people find their remedy, usually by limiting the authority claimed by people in power. It seems people in power like to believe there are no limits to their powers, and I enjoy proving them wrong especially, in common law jurisdictions. By treating even those people with respect and dignity, I can often help build bridges of communications where before there were walls arrogance and moats of indifference.
I will be using this site to share letters which I create and send to various governmental agencies and individuals, crafted to initiate dialogue and achieve a positive, peaceful, social change.
Thank you for reading my introduction. I look forward to entertaining and educating you all.

Welcome! Just verified your Steemit post on Facebook. Looking forward to your letters... what common law jurisdictions do you speak of?
Mostly Canada, though I have had great success in NZ and Australia as well.
Yeah I remember watching some interesting Freeman videos back during my liberty activism heydey and a lot of the ideas resonated with me, but wasn't quite convinced what our legal foundations were based on. Couldn't tell one way or the other. Were these common law ideas really recognized here or in Canada or did we just end up with some quasi-legal system over time and have some confusing mush that everyone is clueless about. Hard to believe. Even today in the US I have questions about the foundations of law, jurisdictions and common law principals. The seventh amendment of the US Constitution clearly recognizes common law and the strict enumerations of the Constitution was to limit Federal laws; the same can be said for the State. I presume what was left was common law for the people. All common law & Constitutional principals seem to be abandoned under statutory law & municipal corporations. Is it just that so few people challenge municipal corporate law of the States/Fed and that ultimately judges should recognize common & Constitutional law or is it just that these ideas have just been abandoned by our modern legal system and we have modern lawyers/judges with a different legal philosophy. I was also curious about unincorporated lands and counties nearby where I'm from and wanted to learn the differences. Just hadn't had time for the research. What are your thoughts?
How would you describe your country in three words?
Ciao! Ciao!
Exciting to have ya!
I hope you come back,...
Nice article. Nice talking with you on FB!
you should post verification somewhere else (like a link to here) to prove it's really you.
i'm aware of freeman philosophy, essentially living libertarian philosophy as if it exists already, but at the end of the day it boils down to who's got the guns.
Done.
Nice post!
