A wee introduction from me
Hi i am Jay (aka Craig)
I am very proud Scotsman - Scottish born and bred, I am an Ex Royal Navy Commando Medic and Search and Rescue Medic as well as being a Sports Therapist . I am a I.E.D survior hence why I am now a ex commando medic and my motto on life now is - A good day is a day you wake up and since the IED my spelling can be s bit iffy so I apologise in advance
Just learning about how to use steemit just now and hope to do some podcasts and videos and who knows maybe some blogging in the future
So thats me if you have any questions adk away I wont be shy in answering but i will also not be afraid to say i dont wish to talk about that
