Hamadriada saying hello :) - my very first post

Hello everyone:),

my name is Hamadriada and … Ok, you're right, that's not my real name but it's my Steemian name and I'll be using this one now on:). Why such a nickname? Well, once upon a time, in my primary school our history teacher asked us to act in a school play where we were supposed to dress up as mythology gods and goddesses. And for me the choice was clear – I've always dreamt of being a nymph. Slim, tall, ethereal. With long shiny hair and big wise glossy eyes. Lithe and strong. Hamadryads are believed to be supernatural tree nymphs born bonded to a particular tree. And if I were to choose one, I'd definitely go for a birch tree (which I, by the way, have in my garden).

In addition to being a dreamer, I'm also a quite down-to-earth teacher of English, beginning writer (two books published so far) and a fan of enjoying little things such as drinking green tea, going for long walks, looking at the sky, standing in the rain, counting stars, cooking vegan meals, chatting with fascinating people, smiling at strangers, making people happy, creating stories, writing poems, appreciating every second of my life and thousands more:).

But coming to the point - I have decided to become a part of a Steemian family for a few reasons: to get to know you guys, explore a great number of gripping information and share some articles and videos with you:).

So what will it all be about? Actually everything what I'm absolutely keen on:
