Introducing myself! A new challenge.
I am currently working towards being a personal trainer. I want to be able to use my knowledge to help others achieve their goals! I aim to do this by demonstrating safe and correct techniques, whether that be in a gym or simply performing exercise. My posts will include food & nutrion, performing exercises correctly & tips, this with general lifestyle and fitness. I hope you will enjoy the upcoming content.
