To start, read and comment. If you want to post: It is customary to take a picture of yourself with the date and your name to verify that it is really you that we are interacting with. ( I still haven't done this and I don't even know its still a thing.)
After that, the best thing to do is post what is interesting to you. Don't expect much in the way of rewards, Just have fun, make friends and the rewards will show unexpectedly.
