I'm an Italian who can't speak Italian (born & raised in Australia) so I too would like to learn Italian one day! :)
I've also pondered about becoming a minimalist but still struggling to part with my unnecessary possessions. Would love to hear more on how you have managed to commit to the lifestyle.
