What Did God Say?

21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. 22 Then the rib which the LORD God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man.

(History tells us that Adam immediately said “WHOA MAN!!!”)... Thus the term wo-man..

… When Adam was in a deep, death-like sleep (from out of his side) came a bride...

… Sound familiar ???… Another Bride would come from the side of another Adam... the last Adam... Jesus Christ...

… When a Roman soldier... stuck a spear in His side and the birthing fluids of blood and water poured out... A BRIDE WAS BORN: the church—you and me.

...“Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself for it” Paul taught the Ephesians (Ephesians 5:25)....

... In other words, Husbands… You’re to die—to your needs, your desires, your dreams because that’s what Christ did for us... (It’ll be a surrender to Christ… And a sacrifice of love, through obedience that will bring life)

… That will lead to fruit and multiplication in your marriage)... (IT BEGINS WITH US MEN. Adam was created first)...

Jesus prayed… “Father, if it be possible, let this cup of death pass from Me... Nevertheless not my will, but Thy will, be done” (Luke 22:42).

...Wife???... You came from the side of man, and you will find fulfillment at the side of your man (Neither leading him nor lagging behind him)... But standing by him, standing with him, and yes, submitting to him... This is God's will and is what God said.

… But know this, wives: Your husband will never be all you want or need him to be... A rib was taken from Adam and men have been missing something ever since…

… Woman ???… Only Jesus will be the One who will listen to you by the hour and walk with you in the garden in the cool of the day…

Woman???… Only He will be the One who will hear not only the words of your lips, but also the cry of your heart... (Only He will be the One who will truly understand you)…

… Listen… Start seeking what you crave from the Last Adam, from Jesus Christ… Take pressure off our husband or wife… And just begin to enjoy them… Without expecting something from them… That they cannot give us...
