Getting high on cremated ashes
We are living in a weird world or is it me, I find it hard to believe youths in Thailand are getting high on cremated remains.Drinking a concoction of recently cremated person's ashes boiled with leaves (krathon).The drink is said to be addictive sue to its taste

Is it part of their culture or psychological (peer) influence of the youth?
Its more of a culture thing the belief that the dead has some sort of power and they can attain them(supernatural powers) by drinking the remains of the dead
