I am a newcomer to steemit who heard about it via word of mouth. My name is @thuban and I am from the United States, currently working full time at a job that will hopefully allow me to set aside enough to retire in the next decade or so.
I have a great interest in homesteading, nature, and DIY. My hobbies include reading, writing, crocheting, and digital art. Most of my posts will likely revolve around at least one of these topics.
Any tips, hints, and tricks would be welcome here to help get me started. :)

I also see that you too are a crocheter! I just initiated #NeedleworkMonday yesterday! That is a pleasant set of interests that you list - and its perfectly alright to choose multiple topics to be central to your 'brand'. :c) Establishing a personal brand is important when starting out - as this is how people begin to gravitate to you for a reason.
