My Poledancing Journey @TanzPoleDancer

Welcome to my world of dancing life as a poledancer. I come from a background in acrobatics since the age of 3 years old.

Since I came across Pole Fitness over a year ago, straight away I was addicted! Follow me on my new journey as a Pole Dancer not only for fitness but as my biggest passion.

I am currently training for my first competition this year and I’ll be posting my progress daily.

    That’s awesome to hear. I only just started Pole dancing in June 2017. I haven’t danced for a while as I have up gymnastics at the age of 16. I’m 28 now and because of muscle memory I am doing really well in Pole dancing! It honestly is such an amazing sport and so close to gymnastics but the confidence you get from this is just amazing!

    Muscle memory saved me! I can finally carry on training flexibility due to my previous background in gymnastics. If it’s your passion never give up. I am doing great progress and only been training since June 2017 :))
