In your opinion, what is steem look like and why?

Everyone who come into steem community still feel like me. It is very cool. It creates a good social, good idea, good comment and make your idea earning. So, I want to know what is steem look like and why(by your opinion). I start the first one for me is like a best friend because steem can give good advice, which is no different from a friend at all.
