The young Neomar Lander, 17 years old, was captured several times by the lenses of the cameras of the reporters who cover, since April 1, anti-government protests in Caracas.

The adolescent was raised in the city of Guarenas, his relatives knew him as a "warrior", because Lander was always in the front lines of the opposition demonstrations

"I am only 17 years old, I am not studying right now because I sincerely leave the country because of my future, but I really do not want to leave Venezuela, this is my country, I was born here and I am fighting for it," Lander said in a video broadcast on social networks.

Photographer Isaac Paniza portrayed the young man on several occasions and on the night of this Wednesday, he was in charge of publishing the photographs in his account in Instagram.

The independent reporter claimed that the adolescent had earned his admiration for his perseverance and courage, and that was why he always portrayed him. "I learned his age and his name after his death," he said.

Lander was on the march of Mother's Day, the young man carrying a rose in his hand and wearing a purple flannel, white helmet, hood and gas mask.
