Introducing The Steemjettrail

The steemjet community is a diverse community with unique individuals, the @steemjettrail account was created in a bid to promote sustainable development,self-sufficiency and address curation problems through participatory partnership and the engagement of the entire spaceforce through a curation trail.

The idea of a curation trail was met with resistance from most of the Spaceforce members, while some embraced the idea of a separate account which will be used for curating the entire spaceforce armada especially those who are following the trail others were skeptical about how their votes would be employed and abused if not properly managed.
The resistance was greater than the support and the idea of a curation trail almost died.

I am here not to ask you guys to follow a trail but rather to encourage community development of the steemjet.

The steemjet trail was suppose to be a community development model initiated by the steemjet spaceforce aimed at addressing the challenges of sustainable development in the steemjet community while contributing to the quality of life of it's crew through relationship building and curation.

The Steemjettrail will define and guide the spirit of relationships and partnerships among Spaceforce members.
The steemjettrail is predicated on the following principles:

• Community Development
• Participatory Partnership And Spaceforce Engagement
• Transparency And Accountability
• Peace Building

Engaging one another at all Spaceforce tier through 1 - 7 will help us as a community make responsible decisions that lead to enduring relationships and positive results.

The steemjettrail approach to the development of the steemjet community is multifaceted taking into considerations every aspect debilitating development in the community.
The account will focus on building collaborative, productive,trusting and mutually beneficial relationships which will drive our commitment to mutual benefit and shared progress.

I have spoken about partnership, partnership for wealth creation will be sustained by weekly interactions. I believe that we achieve success as a community when everyone is successful.

The success of the community is dependent upon the skills and experiences that you bring every day.

The Steemjettrail Account Will be approaching the Steemjet as a company. We will be the business unit of the Spaceforce which will adhere to our core values, diversity and inclusion, High musical and artistic performance, partnership and the interest of our members.

I was thought one of the basic strategy for success and community growth by @dimimp; investing in people to develop and empower a highly competent workforce that deliver results.
