Thanks, @solarguy. BTW I've been to Dalian once but that was like 14 years ago ;) I remember the traffic policewomen were like supermodels!
They are well known for that. They are also the only mounted police on horses. They ride city and the park across the street and pose for photos.
And made this anime using MS Paint it took for ever!! haha but it was fun.
