what do you mean?
Visit your page https://www.steemit.com/@smileyjim and click Wallet. You should see 1.003 STEEM that I sent you. Click on the little arrow next to it and select POWER UP. Type in 1.003 and then you will need to enter your password to confirm it. This will VEST your STEEM into STEEM POWER! For more details on what this is all about, I wrote this article.

Well done! The more STEEM POWER you have, the more you can upvote. The best thing you can do is try to write 1-4 well written posts each day, including images. @smileyjim there is also a new mobile app you can try out called esteem, it is in the apple and android store, by @good-karma . I also recommend you follow @dantheman and read his posts.
