Great message! Yoga/meditation/breathing changed my life too :) Used to have panic attacks and general anxiety. Today it's been over a year since my last panic attack. I don't even care if I get one - I've had 365 great days since then, so one sucky day doesn't matter! Followed
Trust me as an Instructor I am so happy to hear this. I get this feeling everytime someone tells me how yoga and meditation has transformed their life. Lead a healthy life to stay happy :)
