My name is Sarah and I'm living in hot Israel.

I don't like politics and believe in Spirituality and Human Dignity.
I am a mother for two sweet boys and one sweeeeet princes
(and for one husband..:))
As a mother I'm dealing a lot with all kind of children's diseases and health issues from the age 0.
I don't believe in the chemical modern medicine only, so I did a lot of books/ internet researches, I have friends that are natural alternative healers so I used their help and their advises.
As the result, I got experience and knowledge in natural medicine and home remedies and more than anything else I want to share all these with another people !
I want to post daily tips and Q&A or any another type of sharing information.
So I want to ask, Do you thing natural medicine and home remedies tips and advises will interesting you? or another people?

Shalom from the United States. Where in Israel are you? I have only been once because I was doing research at the Technion in Haifa but I got the chance to visit Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Beit Shemesh. Definitely a country I want to go back to sometime.

Hi Sarah. Yes, I think many people have interest in natural medicine. I have been having trouble with allergies specially last week. I been having fevers and my sinuses swelled. I been drinking alot of tea with mint leaves to sooth my dry throat. I took antibiotics and steroids but I don't like taking medications.

So follow me, i want to start daily or weekly posts, i just want to collect all the topics fro now.
And it's looks like you definitely need to go and find some good Chinese or Homeopath healer, they have to say what is the reason for all these first and then to deal with the reason and not with the symptoms.
