Drink More Water Inspiration #4 (I Dare You To Not Laugh...)
Can you get through this post without laughing? Or at least get inspired to drink some more of the blue liquid goodness that's zero calories?
We all know we should be drinking more water so here is your daily reminder brought to you by yours truly.
Need some inspiration to drink more water?
Add some fruit to your water. Not only will it make the water taste better and more interesting but it will also encourage you to eat more fruit. I mean some of the fruit is sure to accidentally fall into your mouth when you slice them up, right? You also get to eat it after you've finished drinking the water.
So, more water and more fruits = more fibre, vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Win:Win.

Extra tip?
Set an alarm on your mobile phone to remind yourself to guzzle down some water at the intervals you write down on your gallon.
And whatever you do, try not to miss your mouth when drinking. Honestly, it’s an easy mistake. Keeping your eyes open helps. A LOT.
