MountainMermaid Introduction with appreciation for fellow Steemmates

Hello Steemmates! I'm Angela, the MountainMermaid of Va., and Mother of "DRAGONFIRE Cider"
(Nipping Vinegar Tonic)
I've worked on my recipe over the past year to perfection. 10lbs of all organic veggies/herbs and elderberries go into 7 gallon batches, then age within apple cider vinegar 4 weeks. Its a powerhouse of nutrients for daily Moxie! It also makes an oxymel when mixed with manuka honey, and is a delicious culinary burst for salads, slaws, seafood, and cocktails. My passion in this recipe has led me all the way up to the process of USDA inspection very soon. Our daughter, Dana created the artwork for the beautiful amber bottles. I spend a lot of time in my tiny forest castle whipping up whole food recipes, and vegetarian dishes. Im continually creating skin/body care products from organic ingredients and essential oils. My philosophy is why buy a chemical when you can utilize your own kitchen for healthier choices. Its a great time to play music and let your senses take over: MIND/BODY/SOUL
Our home also partakes in Kefir water (Scobys are always multiplying) These grains contain millions of Probiotic goodness to encourage gut health, and discourage sickness. Our 3yr old grandson drinks "Morai's Magic Juice". When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm enjoying deck time & Vino in the trees with my soulmate, Eddie, of 37 years. We've always been entrepreneurs of sorts in rentals & flippers, back before we simplified our life.
I'm continually seeking knowledge on healthier ways to do anything in life from eating to cleaning. Each small change adds up when a new habit is created. No one is ever too old or unhealthy to make a better choice each day. I have SO much more to learn and adjust...but I'm getting there a day a time. Thanks to ALL the Steemmates for Sharing
