It's snowing and I need YOUR HELP! (Bandwith allocation?!)

Woke up this morning and to my suprise everything around me was covered in snow! That basically means that I get to take my Husky out snowriding tomorrow as it's about snow all night! It's forecasted that my might get snow from 4 - 10 inches, hopefully it will stay around the 4 inch mark otherwise it's gonna be no fun riding the husky. No traction, no glory:p

And my new Cannon EOS 1300D will arrive tomorrow, so if it comes before darkness comes(which is damn early), I can bring it with me on the husky and get started on this photography journey of mine.

IF YOU ARE ABLE TO HELP ME, PLEASE DO SO! As some of you saw in yesterdays introduction I'm fairly new, but I have been spending a lot of time on here commenting and upvoting on posts. Today when I was going through my feed and wanted to give an upvote I couldn't. It tells me something about BANDWITH ALLOCATION and that I have to power up or wait.

I understand the fact that my upvote's will decrease in value and such. But when I tried moving some of my SBD or STEEM by powering up, it tells me the same thing?

I just tranferred about 250$ from binance to buy some Steem Power just now, is that how I have to do? I can't use my SBD's?
