Haha, yes there are lots of courses in Estonia and Finland, some in Sweden as well, but in southern Europe, there aren't many courses. Funfact: one of the best players in the world - Simon Lizotte is from Germany. :)
I think in the northern parts is simply more room to play it and we Finns for example love to play a lot of those outdoor games in general. Often combined with some drinks from your country. :)
