RE: my steemit introduction: encouragement, great stories from real people, is world peace in sight?
I don't know... I'm not good at self-promotion.
How about something like:
Why suffer from back pain when you don't have to?
maybe use that for the title
Then in the body say something like:
I saw this post and it got very few views, but I believe it can help a lot of people who are suffering needlessly so I'm resteeming it for more people to benefit from it. After all, who likes to suffer for nothing? If you find it helpful, please pass it on to your friends and followers so that they too can end their suffering.
But ultimately it is your resteem, so you are free to say anything you want.
ok, thank you,
Absolutely you can put in the link. Here it is https://steemit.com/health/@happyme/got-back-pain-try-this-technique-before-going-to-a-chiropractor
That is very sweet of you to offer me money, but I'm not greedy that way. I just want people to use this technique and pass it on so others can use it too. It was taught to me by my physiotherapist and has saved me years of chiropractic fees. I want to pay that forward. Plus, who knows; I might even get a few followers from it?
so i can put the link,ok
but if you give me permission,
can i put the video itself?
to make the post more interesting visually?
Oh yes, I never thought about that part. If you use the video and the link then it would be kind of cheesy at being double of the same. How about doing a search to find a creative commons 0 or public domain image of someone with a bachache?
ok, i can find a great image. yay!
I found one CC0

https://pixabay.com/en/business-career-depressed-employee-19156/
can i used this one as well?
Yes, I saw that too when I found the other one. Both are CC0 Public Domain
Free for commercial use
No attribution required
However, just to be safe, you can attribute to pixabay.com
is this you in the video?
Its my common-law wife.
o hahahahah i thought you were a woman.
Hmmm... perhaps too many female hormones? I do many tasks that a lot of men wouldn't be caught dead doing. I do all the sewing and have done beadwork and other such creative crafts.
groovy.
crafts are good.
i lived in a pre-industrial village, and one of the many things i appreciated about that culture, was that men always did things that men in my culture would not be caught dead doing.
is that your voice in the video?
Yes, that's my voice.
What culture were you brought up in?
australian, parents both artists, father business man, nature lovers
Nice! I guess you have lots of nature in Australia.
I'm getting really hungry. I need to go make myself some dinner. Bye for now. And thanks for the re-post! I hope lots of people benefit from it.
