Hello! I'm Alice and I'm here for HEALTH POWER on Steem !!

Hi everyone !

I am Alice a 25 years old girl living in Quebec for 2 years now ! I moved from France to find a job in a my field (I am a project manager) and to find my boyfriend again. He was studying Mecanics for 6 months. I met his friends. They were all on a paleo lifestyle. At the beginning I found it really strange. Are we not supposed to eat all those healthy grains ? No bread ? No pasta ? So strange I tell you. But after knowing them for about one month I loved the way they were living. They were always happy to eat to move, etc... We decided to give paleo a try for two weeks. We never stopped.

I always loved cooking, making pastries... I always loved finding natural recipes and remedies. Paleo is perfect for that. I'll hope I'll be able to share my passion with you throught the recipes and tips I'll be posting on #steemit !
