Hello Steemit community! I hope this finds you as well as I am. A little about myself, I work in the medical field as a locum and travel all over the USA for my work as depicted below. It is challenging as my life dynamic is always changing as I go from place to place for jobs. But I wouldn't have it any other way.
When I am not working on a job, I love to travel abroad. Here is hoping that the cryptocurrency world can help to make that happen. I am so excited about the amazing opportunities happening. Peace out everyone!

If a specific location needs more workers and are not able to fill the job by directly hiring a person then they get locums to work for them to temporarily fill the need. Sick people never stop needing good care and having personnel to fill the need is priority. I go to different locations to fill the need. :)
Kind of like a mobile doctor/nurse. Interesting, didn't know this was a thing. I was always under the impression all hospitals had set staff.
They try to, but it is not always possible when large systems have over 5000 employees. Proper staffing is critical in healthcare
