Hello there! Here is my introduction:

I am 29 and living in South Africa on an awesome small farm. It’s awesome because it gave me the opportunity to live with nature and various animals and on a mission for world change ( more on that in posts to come ). I was born into music and learned to play the piano from my Late mother and also play Guitar – currently in a new band called Humanix - https://www.patreon.com/humanix.

I have Graves disease which luckily I’m managing alright, I’m still looking for natural cures. This started about 5 years ago and it took a while for doctors to finally diagnose me ( took 4 fracking months). By the time I got the right medication I lost about 10 kg. Below you can see a before and after picture. The first pic is me before getting sick doing my favorite thing which is bodyboarding and the second picture is me by the time I got diagnosed. I did regain my weight back btw.

I have chronic back pain and throat pain – unfortunately medical aid is not free as it should be and thus I’m unable to do much about that. My hope is that in posts to come I can share how I manage it so others who suffer can learn from this or find insights that might help them.

I don’t have human children but below are 2 animals among many I care for deeply. The big one eating my head is Grootman ( Afrikaans word for “Big man”) and the other one eating my face is Poeper ( Afrikaans word for farter – no, her name does not have anything to do with poo).
