Excellent start I think you have a good chance of making it here. I will try to keep an eye out for your weight loss story and your musical talents. 1 suggestion, as I’m American and we are dumb and don’t use metric, would it be possible to give the weights in Lbs. as well as Kgs?

My wife and I need to lose weight in pretty large amounts as well, so I don't judge you except to say that's impressive. Did you use surgical methods?

Oh my ... sir I am currently 100kgs 😅 220 pounds... I am yet to lose another 110 pounds and I’ll be documenting the entire thing... sharing what I do about it . Diet, yoga...all of that in my next posts sopleasedostay tuned and I hope we can motivate each other to live healthier 😁
