Wow, that is so similar to my own experience! I found it so frustrating, especially since there was a girl in my class who could draw beautiful nature scenes replete with animals of all kinds.

Later in my life, I discovered a book called "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain," which clearly explained precisely why my attempts at drawing were failures. The sad thing is that not one "art teacher" I ever had in school ever told me that.
