Working
Well I'm not expecting much in the way of a response for this but I guess I might as well say something. I'm at work right now listening to Phantom 309 loading a trailer and then headed back home. I keep thinking about what I really want to do with the future and it seems to be taking forever to get here. Should I just keep grinding out the work and buy myself a nice house? It seems like a really good idea but I want to travel again too. Would I really want to live near home or should I try to find a new place to hang my hat? What about my girlfriend? Will she ever tell me what I want to hear or am I wasting my time on this relationship?
Sometimes I think it might be a good idea to get drunk again and just cut loose but I'm not cut out for that kinda thing, not so close to home. I like to save any drunkenness for a European vacation. People don't really get it when I tell them that just to drink I gotta fly 3000 miles away, but that's where I feel comfortable enough to really relax. That thought is just escapism though. What I really want is to work slightly less than my normal six days a week and make some music, or work fewer hours every day so I have time to make use of all my gear. This isn't even as much as I can ramble but it doesn't really matter, I don't think anyone will read this. If you do read this, I hope you have a great day.
