Hey, it is quite easy. When you are submitting a new story you will find a piece of text, just above the "post" button that says "Insert Images by dragging and dropping...or by selecting them". Click on the "selecting them" and you will be able to select the pictures you want to insert!

The easiest way is to copy your picture ( right clic + copy) then to clic inside the message editing and (right clic + paste) paste it. The picture will upload into the post. Welcome to Steemit
