My Introductory post @kelseyimoh
Hi steemians!! I've been in the steemit community for awhile now,although I've not really been steady and consistent in making posts. I want to reintroduce myself and make reviews of what I'll be posting to be of interest and educative to the steemit community.
I'm Imoh but I'm known as kelseyimoh on this platform. Most of my post on this platform will be relating to health and food.
Food is imperative to maintaining a healthy living and I won't fail to rule out the fact that it's a necessity. Eating healthy isn't about the quantity of food, but the quality of food you take in.
Exploring the area of food, I've come to realise that there are various kinds of food and they vary in the chemical composition as well as nutritional values.
I'll be talking mostly on foods that are common to us, ranging from fruits, vegetables, roots and tubers and so on.
Trust me, there'll always be something interesting and educative to read whenever you visit my page.
