The Birth of a New Business Strategy-Team

Hi Steemians, it's Jerry, today I want to give small-medium scale business owners an insight into making their business became large scale.As a Marketer for so many years with various business firms, i have realised that the factors differentiating small-meduim business from large scale busniess may include but not necessarily limited to Finance, Product, Economy Policy, Tax etc..but Human Resource(A Team), most small-meduim scale business lack the needed human reasources(a team) that most large scale business have..the success of every business venture is not solely dependent on the products/services the business venture offers but on the Team that provides customers satisfaction based on market research, survey and feedbacks. so for small-meduim scale business, the secret to making it into the large scale business is the inclusion of a TEAM..a team may be defined as a Group of people collectively working towards achieving a specific objective..but for the purpose of this writeup, a team refers to TOGETHER EVERYBODY ACHIEVES MORE..large scale business comprises of a hierarchy or a flow chart or an organisational chart showing the levels,responsibility, and division of various units of a collective team..these teams have specified duties assigned to each units and which checks and balances are administered to ensure objectives are achieved..it is often said that behind every overhead team there is a sub team which is consist of another sub team surrounded by another team..the combination of these various units (teams) is what makes the company grow from a small-meduim scale business to a large scale business..the activities of a small-medium scale business is limited,steady,dependent to a specified group of people say 1-10 so is the proceeds from such ventures but a large scale business is unlimited because it's involves a group of people above 10 and proceeds are unlimited, unspecified, independent and even excessive..so for every small-medium scale business, the secret to making it into large business doesn't necessarily lie in rebranding/ repackaging/your products or services but in building a team of eloquent, career driven and goal oriented people. so as a small-medium scale business, GO GET A TEAM.!
