As a Marketer for years now, i have come to realise that its not the amount of hours or effort or input you put into the job that counts but the strategy you use to achieve your aims.

Self Employed a Poor fellow is one who owns a business alone, he operates, supervised and manages the business alone, these concept of been self Employed gives you the Money you require to meet certain needs provided your Income supercedes your Expenditure but that is not usually the case with Self Employment.
Expenditure such as Rent, Utility bills like Power, Water, Tax,Price of commodity, etc are usually above income earned been Self employed thus leading to deficit or borrowing as the case may be. The solution here lies with the concept of the rich fellow who introduces the TEAM strategy into his business were Together Everybody Achieves More. he invovles a Group of several People to ensure Income always supercedes Expenditure.
