@candygirl420 Most women I know who've had silicon had either breast pain or ruptures in the later years, which kinda tears up your titties and sex life for good! More info on silicon can be found here:

Ugh really, I thought that the gel filled ones are supposed to be better. That's something to think about. The saline are a lot cheaper too..
