A simple optin page that offers a great freebie and then redirects to a paid offer?
Sorry that just doesn't work very well anymore.
Sure you may get a few freebie sign ups and a couple of sales over the year.
But you arent going to get far unless you already have that Golden Buyers List

pay someone to build it for you
and then sell it on either JVzoo or the Warrior Forum
Done properly and with a little thought
you will make money hand over fist

Build a highly targeted 'Buyers List'
