Pornhub Launches VPNhub -- A FREE Unlimited VPN Service
Yes, you read that right. The popular porn site is now launching a VPN service for everyone...for FREE!!! Adult entertainment giant PornHub has launched its very own VPN service today with "free and unlimited bandwidth" to help you keep prying eyes away from your browsing activity.
I think I might want to wait a bit to see what the jury says about this. I feel like this seems too good to be true. It does seem like a pretty legit proposal though if everything is true. Some of the great features include compatibility with desktop and mobile services for all the popular operating systems.
VPNhub promises never to store, collect, sell, or share your personal information with any third parties for their marketing, advertising or research purposes. Here's a list of what they will do:
So what are some of the reasons to use this service? Well, we all know the benefits of VPN's. Since some governments, including the United Kingdom, are regulating adult content online, launching a VPN service by Pornhub makes sense. The service will not be only limited to PornHub though.
If anyone signs up before I do, please share your experiences and thoughts!! Enjoy!
Interesting thought. I have not used a vpn. But I’ve thought of trying one out .
Yea I've wanted to try out a VPN too....Now that it's a free one, I am definitely likely to try it :D
definitely worth a try man. Literally insanely easy to setup and you essentially take back your right to anonymity by just letting an app run in the background just like the hundreds running on your phone already you don't know about.
I Think PornHub really showed the marketplace something in the sense that they are still a technology company at their core. Its an odd thought at first when you first put the fact that yes, its PornHub doing this.
But I think factoring in their overall influence in what I'm assuming is a pretty large portion geographically speaking in terms of access and/or censorship issues. . Pretty smart to utilize your Brand and the influence they have gained to monetize an actually very great resource while still allowing free copies to let people still have the ability to take back their sovereignty on the internet; whatever you may be doing.
I think them also being a porn company might help press the issue just a little bit more into the mainstream in regards to internet privacy and the need for people to question these policies being continuously created to limit access to the internet.
information should be free. What is the internet if not information? Whether it be the storing of data or sharing it..
It honestly astounds me that even here in the United States of fuckin America, without knowing it we are only given access to 4% of the internet in its entirety. I mean not everybody knows about tor or vpns sadly, but hopefully that will change.
I honestly hope 1 day this will be the type of stuff that enables the education system to finally be forced to change from the businesses they really are today. I always say I got my education from the other 96% of the internet and I love knowing I'm one of the most successful people from my high school class and shit haha

I'm imagining all the porn pop ups :)) On a more serious note, if it doesn't have any strings attached, it's great news! I always use vpn when travelling abroad, tunnelbear is a free good one, although not unlimited bandwidth.
Hahahaha!!! That’s a valid point. I mean, from what i see it seems a legit. It suits them since a lot of their demographic is in countries like UK where they block porn. Problem solved. Win for all!
True! Will follow that news too, and see if it's a valid option!
