Why do they not hold jurisdiction is because the ITC is a “Sovereign Entity” in its own right and as the ITC is the appointed, Legal Heir, Owner, Sole Arbiter of Foundation Divine and The Heritage International Trust, and as such the Collateral Accounts, and stands within its own jurisdiction.
