Some people think they should be respected for their age sake. It may be right in our african culture setting but age without result is mockery. In the soccer game for instance,applause goes only to the winning team. Nobody appreciates a failure except he or she is also a failure.

Do not fight for respect, don't beg for honour,and do not call for admiration by force but work yourself into them. Whether at school,in business,profession,career,politics,pastoral,industry or wherever,people celebrates results;nobody joins a losing team.
